Disclaimer: I want to say I am not against A.I! What I am against is not respecting others sweat and toil. I am just bringing another side to the story. Beware of this organized crime outfit that gets a pass from the media. If innovation is based on criminal activity then Al Capone was an innovator? What do you say?

A.I is just an illusion that leads to the delusion that Silicon Valley is giving us ‘Sheeple’ an amazing innovation actionable tool. I am all for that if you pay the Rights Holders of all the material you use to ‘train’ your apparatus! The Valley does not like to pay others historically when they are launching products. Yet this behavior is brushed under the rug by media! They are called innovators!! I view them as the epitome of greed and narcissism. I am a rights holder of music (songs)! I also a rights holder of now three published books. The same way that the Digerati sweat and grind to create their innovations….. So have I and other music business individuals around the planet. Anyone who has attempted to be in the music game full time knows that daily struggle and those who have written a book knows how much goes into what you have done! So riddle me this……. Why is it not depicted as such by the media? Why doesn’t the media say hey to the Digerati pay the freight to the music industry collaborators or authors? Why do we have to hear about the garage story in Silicon Valley as this romantic struggle?

All of this is related to the commodification of the human I am stating. This is part of a greater trend of ‘G.M.Oing’…… The human being just as it taking place with nature. The grunt work that overuse of A.I is in danger of removing the details and inner process being lost to us. I view it the folks are out sourcing their own skill sets/mind set to become a hollowed out husk. A.I is essentially training on the world citizenry.

Every time someone turns on a song by Taylor, Madonna, James Brown, The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, John Coltrane, Jimmy Hendrix and or Louis Armstrong aren’t you listening to innovation? Aren’t you getting soothed or happiness or some form of emotional stimuli that feeds or soothes you? I have been in marathon studio sessions and I pose the question what is the difference between a marathon software development session? Someone please tell me. I am here to listen and learn!

According celebrated media theorist Douglas Rushkoff while working on a novel he fed an LLM aka Large Language Model to experiment. A.I models are essentially pattern matchers. Please read this next statement….. They are designed to give you the most ‘TYPICAL VERSION’ OF A THING! If the model trained on your work gives you something that matches what you have already created then you have created an average work of yourself!! A.I will give you predictable safe work. It gives you work that has already been done. From my high school electrical engineering teacher who said to our class decades ago…….#G.I.G.O. Well what is G.I.G.O? #GARBAGEINGARBAGEOUT. Boy he gave us the answer way back when.

My analysis of that statement: It is not your product! You didn’t attempt to work with the industry. You didn’t go to the artist community and say this is how you benefit from this! You didn’t go to the major labels! There was no business done. You didn’t find a pathway to rights holders. You just hijacked millions of peoples sweat and toil.

On May 29th 2024 apparently Spotify CEO Daniel Elk was dragged on social media for saying ‘content costs close to zero’ to create. He was apparently musing about how to get more content to vacuum up and offer to users for a monthly subscription fee so they can share more content! This is why I always tell people Spotify is not in the music business! The music is just used to fill his pipes. Labels, artists get approximately .004 cents per stream! So for all this the Digerati has been said to have saved the music industry! He essentially uses the music as a free product! He doesn’t pay for the production of the product but gets to set the price. That is the genius of The Digerati. A merger without paying for the product. The music CEO’S were hoodwinked by the tech guys in the zeroes and early 10’s. I salute them but that doesn’t mean I do not tell the factual truth reality! He opened up a hornet’s nest with his statements that had Grammy nominated artist returning vitriol at him.

The title was ‘Writers and publishers in Singapore reject a government plan to train A.I on their work. The literary community in Singapore is pushing back against the government that wishes to train LLM’s aka large language models without due compensation and also how the material will be utilized. Singapore has a small literary community but they stand up for their rights! The government according to the article wishes to address the bias of existing LLMs that have a disproportionately large influences from western societies. The government figures that if the LLM is trained on material produced locally it would possess a more accurate references to the nation’s history and culture by training on the widely spoken languages such as Malay, Mandarin, and Tamil.

I remember Napster vividly and now twenty five years later another ‘THEFT OF SERVICES’ is taking place under the marvel of innovation! This time due to inflation it is a trillion dollar theft when expand it to the whole globe. I pretty much know that us masses of sheeple will allow this trillion dollar theft to take place because of mostly sheer ignorance and delusion of vision. Bottom line us masses do not know what we are looking at!!

The recent You Tube battle between Kendrick Lamar and Drake was only able to take place because they gave up their copyright claims on their diss tracks. This allowed the Creator community economy to monetize associated content without fear of take down or other trouble. A streamer No Life Shaq according to the site www.tubefilter.com says he’s already made ridiculous amount of money by providing coverage of the artists feud. This is why Google and others wish to get rid of or neuter the copyright in the future to set up the ‘free for all’ for the ‘hunger game economy’ of the present future.

Music is now seen as a hobby, a source of entertainment for the individuals not a static entity! Consumers are now making music on their own as well being a listener of music. We are now in a ‘Hybrid music industry’ due to the cheap hardware of music equipment that allows it just to be a disposable entity by folks just for entertaining themselves and family/friends. We can’t forget the clout aspect of this. Tik Tok was huge for this now activity. Tik Tok also created a massive increase of songs being manipulated by fans and hobbyists.

An article dated 6/6/24 on #DigitalMusicNews discusses hundreds of modified audio tracks are being uploaded to social media each day. The ‘pitch shifting’ are one of the most popular methods of track modification . The issue is these remixes are not properly licensed which means the new creator is getting paid instead the original creator! Again the copyright issue raises it’s ugly head. Apparently Tik Tok was derived 84% of the output, You Tube 10%, Meta (Facebook) 3% Soundcloud 2% and the other 1% was all other sites.

We now at at a point in history due to these activities the concept of quality has been altered over the past two decades. Now with A.I added to the ingredients the cost is plunging even more. I am stating this is the ‘demonetization effect’ which is now activated on all quote unquote digital entertainment. There is essentially no difference between amateur and professional. An example of this that You Tube has publicly stated that authentic behind the scenes material drives three times as much views as of May 2024.

I have travelled the journey from 1999 when CD’s were 19.99 to now a stream is .004 cents. Songs were valuable storytelling devices that created what came to be recognized as ‘social capital’. This has made songs a free resource essentially. Individuals who call themselves musicians not creators or influencer can’t survive on their artistic output. There is still the cost of studio, producers, mix down, mastering and background singers or players. This is why the Digerati tells us now you must get money from everywhere else but your music! Hence, the true artist musician who is not a derivative has to work harder and harder yet be told how great things are for the music industry by the technologist who call it content. Hence you know why Mr. Elk said ‘content cost is essentially zero’. It makes total sense from where he is sitting because he doesn’t need art he needs ‘generative output’ to feed his algorithmic beast that is always hungry and can’t ever be satiated.

A.I can’t fake real culture! However, it will create an increase in artificial internet culture aka ersatz experience. The ongoing fight will be content versus culture! I must you ask what are we making? Is culture qualitative? Content simply fills time and space. It is usually measured quantitively. Content is prorated, sliced and diced.

• How do we maintain a cultural centric approach when A.I will speed content creation?

The ‘present future’ is now here!! I am calling it the ‘flood of 24-25’. What use to take a year may now take a month or less depending on what it is. This flood of content can’t be stopped. The Human conditions are being activated by this technology. The flood will create a true tsunami combined with a hurricane and for dessert a tornado. #MIDIARESEARCH first quarter 2024 survey, apparently 70% of consumers have been making an effort to reduce screen time. Under 35s the number rises to 80%! In my next book #HUMANISTRY I labeled this ‘#THESCREENOSISDISEASE which is undiagnosed by greater society.

DIGERATI as far as I am concerned is executing ‘mind mining’ through the human conditions. They are partnered with PHARMACATI who are executing cellular/DNA ALTERATION. I am stating that we are moving exponentially to a ‘human extraction/human harvest business model. Certain interest have reached a goal after centuries to be able to monetize/extract every human on the planet. Systems and procedures are in place. What I mean is women and children are now monetized, when in the 1800’s that was not necessarily so. Please meditate and deliberate on this.
