This article also got lost in the shuffle. It is still very relevant! I decided to use it as a bonus column here for the first weekend of summer here in the U.S.A on this always somber weekend of Memorial day. Many things are lost in modern times but I will remind some and some may learn. Memorial day is a yearly reminder to all of the military people that made the ultimate sacrifice for the country. So here it goes…

When I saw this mind blowing statement it was inspirational in so many ways in my thought stream on A.I towards the human species… When writing code and writing prose cost the same amount the whole world changes! I paused and deliberated because now those two things are essentially free and doable by A.I.

We as a society are at a pivotal time in human history! A.I which is running through all aspects of society… overt but many levels covert has become the defining factor of our invisible economy. It is silently and yet so loudly it seems to be calm and deliberate. For me nothing is calm in the sense that we are about to embark upon an onslaught of human social engineered economic disparity which the masses will be clueless about. The ‘ALIENS’ that are the leaders will not speak up and alert the masses of the blitzkrieg that will steamroll the people.

What is called A.I, I am renaming ‘Alien Ignorance’…. Will exponentially increase human I.D aka Illusion and Delusion in the populace. The masses will take the fall! In my 2021 ‘Instrument Of Change’ aka book, I came up with a new class of people to add to the old analogue of two classes1 In the pre digital world there were ‘THE HAVES and the THE HAVE NOTS’. In the book I instituted two new classes… ‘THE KNOWS and KNOW NOTS’.

This is unprecedented time in human history I will argue… as we have been into a massive shift to a information/data driven economy that is socially engineering the increasing economic disparity. It is due to certain folks having the information that leads to insight to navigate this ever expanding new age which will induce an ever expanding avenues to poverty if folks do not unlearn so many elements of their past.

I am stating here there is a insidious danger to the ‘KNOW NOTS’ versus the old fashion ‘HAVE NOTS’ is different. In the ‘old realm’ you physically saw what being a have not was about. In this era of ‘KNOW NOT’ people will be clueless to the why they are falling through the cracks.

A.I is great at three things which are quite seductive to the individuals in the world. These three things are the antithesis of what it is to being a human being. Those three things are A.E.O which equals Automation Efficiency and Optimization. Those three words will be the essence of the D.A.I.C aka Digital Alien Intelligence Complex. Those words will decimate our society into other realms that the many will not be prepared for and will be seeking to blame ghosts because they will not know how to respond to and make the necessary mental and physical adjustments to succeed in this new environment we are in. Please take the time to take a deep dive into those three words as they will impact you silently yet the repercussions will be like a volcano.

If you have read my past writings, I have stated that the music industry was first! I have lived through this time of Innovative Fraud/theft by Silicon Valley. All society received from Silicon Valley’s Digerati is a chain of smoke and mirrors! Now these smoke and mirrors of voice cloning/deep faking have now created a beginning wave of fraud concerns. How will A.I enabled fraud be handled? How will A.I driven impersonations be dealt with? We are now living in ‘Sci Fi oblivion’.

I found this article in Smithsonian Magazine by #LukeSavage which was titled A curious industry once gave anyone with a song in their heart a long shot at stardom. This was called #SONG SHARKING! Mr. Savage say’s it led to a beautiful repository of folk art. According to the article a murky assortment of companies popped up and began the practice of song sharking. Advertisements encouraged ordinary Americans to send in original poems and lyrics, which the company would set to music for a rather large fee in the 1920’s. The advertisements were nestled inside popular magazines and supermarket tabloids and hinted at big pay day. Here is one example below of an estimated 200k songs that companies produced from the lyrics of would be folk lyricists between 1900 and the early not one ever became a hit!

Now with the power of A.I 200k songs could be done in one day and spread around for no cost! Individuals can be spending there days making what is essentially G.O aka GARBAGE OUTPUT. It will be this great flood of output that will never stop coming. With A.I instead of 200k in a century we could have trillions. I will search here and now what comes beyond trillions….quadrillion! The sad part is this stuff will likely never be heard.

These false expectation which A.I will undoubtly fuel will increase the mental issues of the individuals who believe they are the next one. All of this A.I of so called amazement doesn’t stop the ‘Pareto Principle’ has stood the test of time! Once you go look up the ‘Pareto Principle you can then realize why I am going in ‘so hard in the paint’ on this seismic issue that is being brushed under the rug! Silicon Valley just wants you to keep putting up ‘HUMAN FOOTPRINTS’ aka data to feed their Frankenstein A.I/Algorithmic to keep you chained to the 21st century gulag to get to A.G.I.

On March 20th, 2025 I spotted in the a article Titled, Spotify Has Certified Its First Two Fully A.I Generated Albums. Apparently a boundary pushing visual artist Pedro Sandoval helped develop the A.I voices and provided the ‘Instructions and refinement’ to create music. In my assessment this is legitimizing theses outputs along side human created production. These A.I works are considered to be generated works… not produced works. This is a massive difference. There must be a way for the human material be separate from the A.I generated material. Which leads me to the next story.

On March 12th, 2025 on the site Kill The Dj, an article written by Clara Alex titled Musicians Register With Humanable to Keep A.I from Taking Their Streams and Listeners. Now Humanable company is a company specializing in certification for song creators to verify their work as human made. To certify a song with Humanable, artists need to create an acct. and sign an affidavit under oath (penalty and perjury) that their song is A.I free. They then receive a license to use the Humanable mark on the album covers and marketing materials. The service is a subscription model of 6.95 per month. Certifying a single song cost $1.00. This is a great thing but for me it gives the upper hand to the A.I generated output because the Human which is the superior product and the origin has to prove itself not the copy! That is reprehensible! It gives the A.I the superior hand which we just can’t allow1 It is a step in the right direction but it is going down the wrong exit. Also, the music artist product has already been devalued by Silicon Valley’s Digerati and now we have to prove ourselves. That just leaves a bad taste in my mouth personally.

4/2/2025 on Digital Music News, The Korea Music Copyright Association Bans Registration of A.I generated Musical Works. They are stating a zero A.I policy. The organization implemented a new procedure for registering a song, requiring songwriters to verify they didn’t use A.I! This reaffirms that A.I music can’t be copyrighted. Without paying attention to their proposals those registrations will be put on hold. I like the toughness… god I do but I know it is not realistcic going forward but the stance is needed to bring people to the table.

On March 21st on Digital Music News, The US Court of Appeals announced that A.I Generated works Cannot Be Copyrighted in the U.S. The federal appeals court unanimously ruled that A.I generated works without human involvement do not qualify for copyright.

Via WIPO magazine an article by Dipak G. Parmar, I.P Attorney, India titled A.I voice cloning: How a Bollywood veteran set a legal precedent. Apparently a ‘playback singer’ Arijit Singh is the most followed artist on Spotify. When his voice cloned, the resulting court case highlighted growing concerns around A.I, IP and personality rights. In Bollywood, according to the article he is the most popular male vocalist that are the playback singers whose voice can fit any film actor but do not appear onscreen themselves. Mr. Singh is one of the few who made it from behind the scenes.

Mr. Singh has 138.5 million listeners, surpassing Taylor Swift 133 million. With his popularity as a solo artist has led to companies using artificial intelligence to replicate his voice.

In 2024, Singh sued and won a landmark case, potentially establishing a legal precedent for personality rights in the age of A.I. In India, the Arijit Singh v. Codible Ventures LLP case marks the first Indian judgement addressing the misuse of generative A.I tools, intellectually property (IP) and music. The concept of personality rights are new in India!

The Bombay High Court also ruled that the singer’s personality attributes, including his name, voice, photograph and likeness, were protectable and that the unauthorized creation of merchandise, domains and digital assets was illegal. The court further found the following protectable facets of Singh’s personality rights and right to publicity: his voice , vocal style, vocal technique, vocal arrangements and interpretations, his mannerisms and manner of singing, and even his signature.

A computer scientist named Dr. Stephen Thaler created a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) called ‘Creative Machine’, which generated a picture Thaler titled ‘A Recent Entrance to Paradise’ The U.S Copyright Office denied the application saying it must be authored by a human being. He has listed his Creative machine as the work’s sole author.

In conclusion, All of this will feed the increasing mental health story in America without a doubt. This means pharma will be making an increasing profit along with therapists human and A.I. Here I am going with the ‘sickening psychosis’ of A.I being considered a species by certain interests. An example of this is A.I is being championed as a solution for personal development and therapy going forward! An article in the Every Newsletter say’s LLMs can emulate many of the functions and feelings that human therapists use on patients Now going forward A.I is to be considered a species! Since we live in what I call the F.A.C.T.S, then I am going all the way with this thesis! Yes insanity… but if insanity is considered sanity then what the devil do you do? The play book is laid out out and the masses of humans have fallen for the grift! Thank you for engaging with this narrative. Consumer Reports said on 3/10/25 that the A.I voice cloning companies lack proper safe guards to protect consumers from potential harms. These companies such as Descript, Eleven labs Resemble A.I and Speechify.

On 6/11/25 Disney, NBCU sue Midjourney over copyright infringement. https://axios.com/2025/06/11/disney-nbcu-midjourney-copyright by Sara Fischer. According to the article, the complaint, filed in a U.S District Court in central California, accuses Midjourney of both direct and secondary copyright infringement by using the studios intellectual property to train their large language model and by displaying A.I generated images of their copyrighted characters.

• The filing shows dozens of visual examples that it claims show how Midjourney’s image generation tool produces replicas of their copyright protected characters, such as NBCU’s Minions characters, and Disney characters from movies such as ‘The Lion King’ and Aladdin’.

• Here is what Horacio Gutierrez, senior executive vice president chief legal compliance officer of the Walt Disney Company… Our world class IP class IP is built on decades of financial investment, creativity and innovation - investments only made possible by the incentives embodied in copyright law that give creators the exclusive right to profit from their works.

For me I am finally saying a Hollywood heavyweight has stepped up to the fighting line. The continuous robbery of the material even after the two companies reached out to MidJourney did nothing. The music industry has been standing alone! It is refreshing to see more players get involved.

So apparently T Mobile is under fire for secretly recording users app activity without consent. This story was on https://naturalnews.com/2025-06-02-t-mobile-secretly-recording-users-activity.html. According to the article:

• The tool monitors in app behavior by default, hidden deep in settings, raising transparency issues.

• Users discovered the feature already active on newer devices, fueling skepticism about corporate surveillance practices.

The T - Mobile T - Life app was screen recording without the customers not knowing. The feature is nicely buried in the app’s settings, it monitors user behavior by default! However , they claim the tool only records in app activity to improve functionality.

For me this is not shocking! The data is the new oil. All these businesses want is data from you. I say that then our bill should be lessen! If we are secretly working then the consumer should be compensated. We are just being used as digital slaves to mine the data for our corporate masters.
