Bonus Edition: The era of Redefinition of Employment

The Age of the Solopreneur

Here is my opening statement:

• Digital/A.I aka technocracy is designed to remove human employment. The post WW2 bottoms up middle class experiment has been put out to pasture. The union and government jobs along with the concept of pensions are shrinking in our society going forward.

This column is to set the tone post election 2024. No matter who wins what I am stating here will take place. These trends will be very defining and will touch most peoples lives. We are now ready for what I am calling the renovation of the 21st century concept of employment. This will impact many decisions and how you spend the money you have. Nothing is absolute but these trends are self evident I see and please get yourself ready.

I will discuss this from the future of what is called the West. The West considered the urban elite. Then the Global South perspective who are known as the ‘Marginal Majority’. The column will give both sides of the coin.

WSJ aka Wall Street Journal says there is a new breed of start up ‘pint sized’ start ups. I call it the ‘self start up’! On a personal level I have been there for a long time. Entrepreneurs/Solopeneurs are taking on more roles at their own companies to keep overhead as low as possible and you must do the ‘daily pivot point’ to stay relevant and ahead of the cost and expense maze. The digital A.I. element is designed to slash overhead which is now self evident.

The basis of the digital/A.I apparatus is to remove the most expensive element of business society! This is the human element!!! Any business design plan that lessen human exposure will have a better chance for funding. The new profit center is removing the human being. Always has been but now it is in your face.

We are now in the age of the contractors, part timers, U.S.A based but mostly international, gig workers and now A.I tools fuel ‘flexible on demand’ (F.O.D). This is a era of the permanent pivot and always experimental. The post WW2 employment paradigm is being put to bed in the era of the 2020’s.

The Global South, I am stating is the future of where defining what will be employment going forward is ground zero. The people now known by some in business world as The ‘Marginal Majority’ aka the next 3 billion consumers/indentured data servants. Here are some specifics from Fast Company:

1. 8 out of 10 in Africa are not formally employed.

2. Young Africans are expected to make up 42% of the global youth according to demographers.

3. If data is the new oil according to mainstream business thought, then the metaphorical gold mine is then in the Global South.

4. ‘Famedom’ not stardom is the pathway. Stardom is serious investment. Fame is now a viral video. I discussed this in my 2020 book aka ‘Instrument Of Change’.

5. Autocracy not what is called democracy is the ideology for this era of digital/A.I based on less liberty and freedom.

6. Building with and for the marginal majority will allow a business to scale up from the bottom. They are who will drive the internet next!

7. 20% globally follow an influencer! Creative Philosophical Fireworks aka C.P.F feels Hollywood stars are being usurped. They are now bumped up to deity.

8. Visibility not privacy is what matters in the Global South of the ‘Marginal Maturity’

During this ongoing pandemic since 2020, our whole country has been in a NKW aka non kinetic war. Our whole society has been in transformation. I call it an ongoing W.I.P aka work in progress during this reset. The so called ‘think brokers’ or social engineering operators aka World Economic Forum (WEF) have used ‘tricknology’ on the masses by saying we wish to get back to normal. I have assessed now that what is called ‘normal’ is the construction of certain interests to set us (masses or populace) for their particular funnels or what is better known as the system! The greatest thing I will now state has been the renovation of what is employment. Again this happening right before our eyes and it is called innovation! However, I am calling it the renovation of greater society!

With the ‘fear apparatus’ used as a cover the whole global issue of employment is being renovated right before our eyes. The Global South aka with the addition of The B.R.I.C’s coalition of countries, that were once called ‘the third world’ are now on the rise. The West aka the G7 including U.S.A, U.K and Europe are on a slow decline that folks do not wish to notice. Whether you call it ‘Dedollarization or deindustrialization’ the shift is happening right before our eyes. The many are caught up in F.I aka fear and ignorance apparatus most will miss this. It will be very destructive towards those here in the west because we have had the yellow brick road throughout our life. Post WW2 Bretton Woods structure with the Dollar as the global reserve currency.

As I monitor and watch the possibility of Marxism come full blast in America during the first Biden/Harris administration I am very concerned! Now with Harris being avowed Marxist a silent rebellion will cement the final destruction of the U.S.A from 2025 - 2029. What America will be I do not know, however it will definitely be different.

In my view many folks minds have been coopted that they will continue to co sign their own demise. As I have said before many times why are we being led by mostly so called democrats to a ideology system that failed dramatically during the 20th century? I do not understand! Where are what are called fact checkers on that one? The Soviet Union and China were fed by the international bankers of the west to set up this system of destruction. Both of these experiments failed and China’s was absolutely a catastrophe! Now we have Harris and Walz who are both well fed in the Marxist ideology and are here to finish the job to ‘deconstruct’ what is called America.

America has always been an experiment and a marketing concept. This deconstruction was led by Biden administration. The people above him that instructed him to annihilate the border to then load the country with outsiders. This will culturally annihilate America is the next decade. I view this action as part of the final frontier of a many decades operation. We just happen to be living through it. That can do American spirit is being exorcised right before our eyes in real time.

Lawfare is part of the game plan of these shadow organizations to destabilize American leadership and quality of thought leadership via censorship. The Feds going after a sitting NYC Mayor was a robust action that was unprecedented in modern time. I Googled if that had taken place before….. didn’t find anything! The Mayor of NYC has been called the second most powerful person in America! Mr. Adams went against the Biden border policy in public and lawfare came to him! Not much different than Mr. Trump. This is the Marxist ways of removing your political opponents/enemies. You don’t vote them out ….. You put them through what is called the Justice system.

I have been researching the next billions from the music industry perspective since 2017 once I had to accept that streaming was going to be the future. There are billions of folks that at the time in 2017 were just coming online and other billions that were not even close. I have been on a mission to learn everything and anything. That is how ended up becoming an author of now three self published books. Once I saw that the music game was going to be based on technology I had to do a total 360. I had to start over! The technologist had hijacked the music industry without paying for it. The music company CEO’s allowed this to happen in the 2000’s and by the 2010’s it was a wrap! I call it grand theft copyrights and master rights for now two decades. No one likes to say this but I am saying it. Now A.I will just take this to oblivion.

Now back to employment….. I saw an article in Fast Company about the next billion that inspired me to conceive this. I also went to an event sponsored by Semafor during UN week in late September here in NYC. It was called the ‘next 3 billion’. It got me in deep thought. Prior folks came through the industrial revolution type funnel. These 3 billion will be coming through the digital/A.I funnel. This is a whole different realm. This is a totally different perspective. They will coming through the cheap data and cheap smart phone funnel. They will be on a whole different trail. I started deliberating on what that means for global society! This is what I came to here:

• During the industrial revolution funnel it was about 10k hours of practice.

• During this time of fluidity of the digital/A.I realm we shall have to do 10k experiments. I am calling it the time of ‘prototype for success’.

That says that we are essentially in totally different world yet many in the west will be treating it the same.

The Global South’s ‘Marginal Majority’ will be joining the new employment funnel of influencer, ecommerce, solopreneur. Within this digital/A.I realm I am going to state here, that this will be a ‘grand global theft’ of human I.P. The masses are training this A.I without any compensation for training these A.I models and of course feeding the algorithms of the social media companies. The masses across the globe are the ‘indentured data servants’ for creating this trillion dollar industry. I saw this with the social media companies in the zeroes that created that billion dollar economy. In this digital/A.I economy there is no safety net! There are no unions for the people.

In the West Unions and government employment created what was called the middle class here in America. All of this post WW2 through the 90’s. Middle class is a recent phenom in human history. Internally the Digerati call this ‘the age of compute’. They are very much aware that this system is very selfish and narcistic. It essentially only feeds them and that is a critical point of why wealth is getting more and more concentrated. I label this time ‘the age of compete’. My pop culture reference is the hunger games. Now what happened in the hunger games? Please ask yourself that!

In the Global South there will be no unions due to the fact that these people will not be employed! This fact will definitely thwart any mass movements that could form. If you look at U.S in the 1870’s till WW2, there was a fierce bottoms up movements. However, with everyone essentially a free agent this will be less likely to happen in the Global South. It will have to happen through other mechanisms. Also, with the concept of the subcontracting out and gig working the Global South will have a totally different experience in the 21st century versus us in the 19th and 20th century.

• The Global South will make up 70% of the new streaming music subscribers by 2030 according to Goldman Sachs.

• The Global South doesn’t have a concept of the safety net we grow up with here in the U.S.A.

From the Global South standpoint the technology is the entry point to a better future beyond what is in front of them. This is their industrial revolution to be middle class or get a leg up in society in the digital/A.I technocratic economy.

The urban elite in the west is being fragmented and steam rolled like a new street being paved. The digital/A.I will remove humanity from employment rolls. Here in the west society and business organization will be reorganized. Less humans in jobs will the result. This will create a crescendo that will be most interesting.

Personally I feel very disconnected from it because this has been turned into a cult of personality of Trump or Harris. I feel at this point that in a America there is what has been called the ‘uniparty’. There are only slight differences but you are getting the same result! That result is the sellout of the The taxpaying people! The taxpayer is just a money spigot that has no voice in how America is being run. The Republic where your representative takes care of your interest has been usurped. This country is at a very serious juncture that has not been confronted. The people are to drugged up on convenience and disposable comforts that do not add to a quality of life. The object of this uniparty is to keep the public believing that change can come.

You saw what was done to RFK when he came as a third party candidate. The American political class has so indoctrinated the people that there is only Republican and Democrat! That is a fallacy! The government was put here to serve the people not the opposite! However, we are now in a defacto autocracy not much different than other countries. Since 2020 official autocracy has taken place under what is the democratic party. It is obvious that those scalawags will not be of any use to the people. In 2022 when the Biden administration mandated the so called vaccines we stepped right into fascist dictatorship zone. This fact folks just want to overlook.

In closing, On the eve of this election I will make a bold statement. We are in an era where you will have to draw a line in the sand and take stand! If you American….. Not white, black, Asian, Hispanic or other as in LGBTQ or gender fluid but plain old American it all becomes very simple. This is why the uniparty but mostly democrats keep all of this separatism in play. When you get a passport it is not a black passport….. It is not a white passport….. It is not a Latino passport….. it is not an Asian passport…… It is not an LGBTQ passport….. It is not an gender Fluid passport! It is an American passport! As I learned travelling overseas, I was just American! When I was in Moscow I was American! The people didn’t identify me from race or gender. Those are delusions that keeps America separate. With that being said it is not the emotions that matter. It is about the history, logic, facts that must prevail. It is so obvious that America is not perfect. However, we are in the situation where we must circle the wagon trains. We live in an age of the fact checker……. censorship……. misinformation and now synthetic data with A.I being bulldozed upon us.

If you are American you must vote for Donald Trump because Harris and the Democrats are under a higher power by there actions. If I am a young person and I do not wish to go war then I must vote for Trump. However folks are caught up in the cult of personality and will discount what I have said here. In the next two weeks we will see. The election will most likely not decided on election day. So that is my take. American first! I look forward to feedback. Let’s chop it up….. Until next time.
