A.I's gift to humanity
The ‘script - tease’ of what comes next in the cultural, social, psychological realms of human existence is, we as a society shall be in a time of #DELABORIZATION not lessening employment!! As I have been consistent in my message in all of my public writings A.I is social engineering. There is no doubt what we are watching in Washington, D.C is a clinic in A.I. We as outsiders (the public also known as The People) have been primed and tuned up for this. Mr. Musk is putting on a clinic at DOGE!
The term #SOLOPRENEUR has been all through the narrative for a few years now…. not entrepreneur but solopreneur. The A.I’s job is to lessen the human impact on society. Humans have been placed on the liability side of the balance sheet of existence! Now what does that mean…. If you have a pulse /heartbeat you are not wanted but more importantly needed! You are now on the liability side of the balance sheet not the asset side! That is a totally different value proposition going forward. When the covid apparatus was launched onto an unknowing public we officially went to the liability side of the the balance.
A.I is proving that the middleman will be extinguished from general society in many ways. If you are launching a business A.I will streamline the process. Your cost structure will be flattened. This means less labor and jobs. Small business not big corporations are the fuel for the economy! This
translates to less jobs in the economy but a massive opportunity for those that are willing to adjust! This will translate to human displacement though. This translates to a retraining of most of the populace in will time, that has never been done before. This translates to an overhaul of what is called the education system! Our education in the USA which is based on the Prussian model and was a funnel for the industrial revolution epoch will have to change, if those that are in charge care about the mass populace they will alert and make an attempt to assist those who are at risk. It appears to me that the social engineers will not funnel the people somewhere else or reprogram them. We are in immense uncertainty!
In my theory this is the reason for the UBI aka Universal basic Income proposals that have been floating around in the press for years now!. People will be out of work! So riddle me this…. What do you with them? Henceforth, a new economy…. A new system will have to be spawned. The thing is it is being spawned in real time!
There is an increase in commodification of many things that A.I is increasing. Now please go back to one of my first Substack’s almost three years ago…The Human is the product and please reference that thought stream now so you can see the growth of this thought stream.
In this A.I era via the Silicon Valley wonks you are a ‘user not a consumer’! Those are two different positions. We have gone from a consumer base society to a user base society! I say this because now the customer is not always right anymore! In fact from my observation the customer is now a necessary evil in this ‘frigid very cold’ expanding transaction economy of give me your currency and keep it moving!
When I saw something from #GREGISENBERG’S newsletter called Greg’s Letter of Late Check out Studio, I said we have arrived att the next plateau! Greg’s firm is a design firm for the A.I age. They design A.I Apps, agents, and mobile apps that reach millions. In a email 2/7/25 he apparently stumbled across a job posting seeking to hire A.I agents, not human employees…. He said it was legit! So now we are here and what grave questions must humans ask themselves? Companies are filling what was called employment with A.I versus humans!!! Also, according to Greg this can and will result in A.I capturing contracts that use to belong to agencies, consulting firms, and entire internal departments.
So now an A.I tool is also going up against software! You must understand the A.I is going up against the human also. This gives everyone another option!! In what has been labeled the AGE OF COMPUTE by experts…. I myself have looked at this from another view by calling it the ‘AGE OF COMPETE’!! Any A.I will be compared to the human headcount so you will be always under threat unless you provide consistently a #DISTINCTIVEVALUE to your client, employer and or customers. The secret challenge will be value in this age of compete going forward! Please if you get anything from this column, please take that with you.
In a column from YAEL ROZENZWAJG WILD INTELLIGENCE 1/24/25 he discusses the dawn of A.I agent collaboration. He posits that the future of enterprise software lies in the seamless interaction of A.I agents. He states that this paradigm promises to redefine how organizations leverage information across disparate systems creating unprecedented efficiencies and novel capabilities.
In closing, we are barreling down the Giant Shalom to other realms and this is why DELABORIZATION is where we are going head strong. Elon Musk and the Doge is putting on a clinic of speed and Silicon Valley of don’t ask just do it and apologize afterwards! If he can tackle the most bloated bureaucracy nothing or no one is protected.

An idea just blew into my mind while staring into the sun to get some winter vitamin D…. Trump through Musk is having his ‘New Deal Moment. Please think back to the depression aka the 1930’s. What FDR did then defined the next one hundred years! All of the New Deal policies which created this ever growing bureaucracy which Trump and Musk are tearing down now. This is an moment in history we get to walk through. I woke up to Trump announcing more layoffs of probationary workers at 5 agencies. Also 77,000 federal workers have taken the buyout which is close to three percent of the federal work force according to Newsmax.
Via the technocracy element of Speed we are watching history. The A.I models with assistance from software are slashing the workforce with absolutely no emotion. Slicing and dicing! Stay tune because this is just getting started. History we are walking in people. As the late great NBA star Kobe Bryant used to say… GO GET YOUR BIG BOY PANTS ON! Stay alert and stay alive but please appreciate the moment.

There is love and hate…..Your choice. There is fear and freedom…. Your choice.
Now what will your mind allow you to do?
I like the word 'delaborization' and indeed this is what is happening. With that said, we are faced with a greater challenge - how to turn this into something positive about humanity. I am not talking about putting our head in the sand or about being false positive. It is about realizing our human advantage over the machines and living it. ALso, in such situations I like the systemic questions: "What does this teach us?", "What is this problem a solution for?" and also the notion that we create what we believe in.
Everything is going from analog to digital. There will be no more "all rights reserved" This is WHY everything that was good is now ruined. Movies, music, food, transportation, "air" ...HUMANITY....EVERYTHING.
Analog people had more freedoms. Everything else...digitized or GMO'd is now OWNED outright.
Any person that took the Fauci Ouchy is now owned by that manufacturer. (made in A.I.'s image?) Movie remakes ... same difference , They just have to modify ONE scene with A.I. & it provides a new stream of digital slavery.
Imagine what will happen when A.I. gets it's dream come true & fully integrates with humanity & the biosphere. New Old (Whirled) Owners.
