Urgent column: Constitutional crisis

A defining moment in our life which will be historic

I bumped another column to write this at the last moment because I am still waiting for individuals in America aka citizens also known as ‘the people’ to realize that this is their life not just the politicians who are fumbling about! It doesn’t matter if you are ‘ReFublican or Dumocrat’! This is about folks waking up to realize they are American first because you can’t go anywhere and just be a citizen. This is it whether you like it or not. This is not about Trump or Biden either yet it will be portrayed as such. This is about the soul of what is called America. This is not about Black, White. Asian, Latino or other…… This is about the principles of what is called the United States of America.

The past week I saw that we are watching critical history unfold as we reach a crescendo! However, it seems we are watching it like a reality show. 26 governors who are of course Refublican because everything is at a level of polarization that even constitutional principles are not being acknowledge by any Dumocrats that is quite reprehensible because then those individuals are disrespecting ‘the guts’ of this country. Now I am the first to say ‘The Constipation’ aka The Constitution is not perfect but it is the document we have. When those 25 other governors joined Texas governor Greg Abbott in regards to the Texas border situation we are at the point of civil war part two……. 21st century style! We are now in a constitutional crisis due Mr. Abbott’s actions. He said my state is being invaded and president Biden has not done his job to protect the state!

Mr. Abbott focused his action based on Constitution clauses. The states have a right of self defense, under article 4, section 4 and Article one, section 10, clause 3 of the U.S constitution. Due to the the administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and nation.

The constitution is ‘the bible’ when it comes to America. It is the ‘playbook of the United States’ that recently has been loss in the haze of pandemics and cultish action of communistic action by the Dumocrats of America with the backing by Refublicans law makers.

That is 25 states plus Texas which means 26 states more than half of the Union! This means more than half of union is against the sitting president. Where is the government announcement of the ‘state of emergency protocol’? Shouldn’t this be a state of emergency for the country!

This is the beginning of a civil war or at least ‘civil unrest’. Where is the emergency from the Biden Administration? My personal analysis for me if strangers can just stroll over the border, then why should I carry I.D? What is the point of I.D and all of this police state apparatus? Why must I have a passport to clear customs if I flyout? Shouldn’t I just be able to walk through the airport? What is the point of T.S.A? If the southern border is in a free for all….. Hell why not fire all customs personnel? If a foreigner can just stroll over the border then why do I need a state I.D? I am just posing ignorant questions because all of this is a clown show! How do Migrants or better put individual’s who are citizens have rights that I do not have at the moment? This has nothing to do with Red or Blue state ideology! What happened to being American? I am not red or blue! I can recall being tossed out of Canada on a music tour! This makes me pose ignorant questions of why have borders? Why have separate countries? Just have everyone going wherever they wish. We know from history of the human that doesn’t work! We know from history of the human that doesn’t work! We need to get rid of radar then also? Then pose the next ignorant statement…….. What is the point of gates, locks, and fences!

It is now obvious I hope that the Dumocrats have done to much! I am wondering when all this Dumocrat vs Refublican balderdash gets a cease and desist letter? When do we stabilize ourselves as one nation under god? Oh I can’t bring God up anymore in our communist/Marxist Dumocrat running of America. These are not the Dumocrats I grew up with. When will people realize the Dumocrats and Refublicans are really one of the same!

What if if Texas law enforcement under the guidance of Abbott arrest federal law enforcement? What if Texas Rangers decide to have a stand off with Border Patrol? What if the Texas national Guard decide to stop quote unquote migrants? The governor does have the constitutional authority to do so. The Dumocrats have created this and the Refublicans have given the ‘nod and wink’ all these years.

I spoke to someone I know in Texas law enforcement and he said that they will protect Texas. They will defy the a federal order! Let me ask you guys reading with everything else going on……… Do we need this? The purpose of the Dumocrats and Refublicans was to bring us here. Europe has already been put there with many being flooded with migrants also and now it is Americans turn. This is not an accident! For me it is all a script or playbook. The politicians themselves have created this constitutional crisis. However, I will say we as citizens have allowed this to happen due to ignorance and indoctrination. We are at the brink. Texas has it’s own power grid! Texas has it’s own gold supply! Texas has an economy larger than most questions. Texas has a history of independence in its DNA. #RememberTheAlamo

At the constitutional convention in 1787 Ben Franklin is purported to have said when asked by a matron what the convention had given the country…… Ben said ‘a republic’, if we can keep it. Well it appears to me we are at another juncture in this nations history right now! The key question is can we keep what is left of this constitutional republic?

As we continue down this implosion highway at the moment……. We may be at a point in time that the country must be heading to resent mode? All countries go through this in their history. My question to you here is are we at one of those moments? 1861 was one of those moments which at the end of it put the country on a sturdier path to become the United States. Could we be at one of those ‘defining moment?

Abbott has also defied the Supreme Court ruling! However, the constitution is above the Supreme Court. Abbott has set up razor wire. Two Texas Dumocrats called on Biden to federalize the Texas National Guard. This will create a constitutional standoff! Federal rights vs. States rights. We are here now people. Now we may have a internal war plus Israel and Gaza along with of course Ukraine and Russia. Dumocrats just creating wars everywhere. Again this isn’t the Dumocratic party I grew up with.
