Thank you for bringing attention to this. Lawyers have created a world of their own. My favorite part are all activities that are legal but unethical. For example, tax avoidance is legal while tax evasion is illegal, and both of them are unethical. I could even make a point that tax avoidance is less ethical.

To help pay for its war effort in the American Civil War, Congress imposed its first personal income tax in 1861. [Which was supposed to be a temporary measure to pay for and cancel the national debt for the war effort]
