In the end all AI can ever be is at best a simulation. But so many people will prefer the simulation, just as they prefer junk food. Why cook a nutritious meal when you can buy slop; why think and feel and experience as a human when you can get it prepackaged by your AI assistant? In the future how many of us will know or care what is real and what is fake? And if the fake becomes omnipresent then that is the new real. What happens to those who refuse this new reality? I wonder what kind of authoritarianism waits around the corner.

Yes exactly the simulation more and more becoming reality! That is the main issue for me. The fake is already reality unless folks question! But questioning takes thought and pause. With folks on now what is called 'Doom Scrolling' there is not much time to pause and go hmmm! Authoritarianism is already here in a lite way to prep the folks that it is acceptable due to the 'religion of convenience'. Thanks for taking the time to give a great response.

"You are the mashed carrots!" you are so funny. and so right. i've challenged mr gpt to raise his bar on language and originality, but alas, he has yet to progress. poor guy.

We must laugh is my philosophy. It is the best medicine for the human soul. Mr GPT is a just legend in his own mind as Mr. Eastwood said! Original that is something it can not do. That is what humans do if they do not lose their humanity by not using it. I have no concern about A.I being a creative force. Data doesn't do art! Thank you for the engagement
