These are very good questions - simple, straight forward, uncomplicated questions....just like a question should be. I'd like to note for the record that I have no problem with people who choose to be in same-sex relationships. I have no problem with men having a flare for the dramatic or wanting to explore their feminine side, or women with a masculine side....actually I quite enjoy these individuals because that is what they were when I was young: 'Individuals', non-conformists who wanted to express themselves honestly and fearlessly. More power to you! And let it be said that questioning your identity is a deeply personal matter. We can leave it there for now. I know where these topics can go and I feel it is more productive to sit with the questions raised. It is always important to begin and end with Respect for one another. Maybe this is not always possible to convey but the effort is being made.
After you sit with these valuable questions, you may want to do some online reading - investigate the origins of things not covered by mainstream media outlets. If you have not yet done this, start with a couple things....maybe look into the Tavistock Institute...their origins, their mission statement and the role they have played in influencing gender / identity issues in the last few decades. Maybe look into the WEF (World Economic Forum). When you access their website, please remember that no one voted any of these people into their positions. They are a self-appointed, self-anointed governing body of hand-picked billionaires, bureaucrats and academics from various nations. They have an "agenda" involving every essential aspect of society. Their rationale being that if we don't openly disagree with their plans, (the ones they don't tell us about directly), then we are tacitly in agreement. Yeah, so maybe go check out what they are saying and see if you're cool with it. Much of what they decide goes into the universities and various organizations (like NGOs and think tanks), who produce 'content' on social media and sponsor events without much oversight (since they are the 'experts' after all) to act as influencers upon society. While they are international in scope, they are preoccupied with the United States for reasons you can probably intuit. There's one thing you should know....much of the "research" used to make plans for you and me is based on theoretical modeling. This is just one example of how ideas can pop up out of nowhere and start to make people, young people for instance, think things they might never have thought about before. Ideas can be thought experiments or they can become weaponized through associating them with emotional manipulation...not very respectful. Context is everything. Thank you for your time. Take care of yourselves when you look into these things. These are hard truths but we can practice healthy boundaries and take back our minds....one step at a time.
Love your Lisa meme!
The meme just summed up the message. Thanks for the acknowledgement
this seems to be a predominately American phenomenon -- maybe there is a clue in that...
In Spain, we have imported it with manic enthusiasm.
really ok.
I agree
The human experiment is a funny thing.
They just try to see how gullible we are.
Turns out, we are highly trainable animals. sigh.
We are trainable for sure. The first years of the 2020's have proven this. Humanity for me has taken a position of devolution.
"The condition of a domestic animal leads to that of a slaughtered beast." -Ernst Jünger, 1951
Junger I am aware of him. Thanks for sharing
We live in a delusional society unfortunately 😔
My concern is that obvious has been normalized and folks do not even know the difference.
Agreed!
Thank you for the support
